Feltham Fame Academy kicks off

Fame-hungry teenagers from Feltham will hit the studio for their first 'Fame Academy' sessions at The Centre today.

The free drama workshop, run by professionals and available to anyone aged 12-18, is first of a series of classes at Feltham library community rooms, located at The Centre, Feltham.

And if you fancy a taste of the showbiz lifestyle then it's not to late to join the fun.

There is still room in the four remaining classes for more wannabe performers. All Fame Academy graduates will need to be present for a dress rehearsal on Friday August 29 in order to be fully prepared for the grand finale the following day where they will be joined by Strike (pictured) from Britain's Got Talent.

The remaining classes are:
Dance Workshop on Friday, August 22
Stage Combat Workshop on Tuesday, August 26
Singing Workshop on Wednesday, August 27
Musical Theatre on Thursday, August 28
